Daniel Guzman
Engineer and engineering leader. Head of Engineering at COR, still writing code.
I joined COR in 2017 as one of its first three engineers and grew with it. I've built products, run infrastructure, taken the company through SOC 2, and lately I spend a lot of time making AI useful for real teams. I teach at ORT Argentina, and in 2025 I was selected as Cursor Ambassador for Argentina. After the SpaceXAI acquisition we became SpaceXAI Ambassadors, and I host Cursor and Grok Bot events in Buenos Aires.
I write here about engineering, teams and AI in production.
Things I've built
At COR
- Platform foundations2017 onward
Much of the core of COR: the API, the event-driven architecture, OAuth 2.0 auth that opened integrations with Zapier and Make, SAML SSO for enterprise customers, and real-time over WebSockets.
- Planner2023
Built with a two-person team. It became one of COR's core products.
- COR MCP Server2026
Lets Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work with COR's data. Published in the Claude and OpenAI marketplaces.
- TARS2026
An agent that helps our engineering team diagnose production incidents. It diagnoses, people decide.
On my own
- MADI2026
An AI health companion on WhatsApp, already used by real people. I'm helping build it and built its backoffice.
- Model routing harness2026 · open source
Routes each request to the right model. Taken into production by COR's AI team.
- Legal Animus2025
Legal tech that started as a tool I built for a law firm: search over case files, one index per case, keyword and semantic together.
